Service Management

There may be times that equipment is damaged by accident or sometimes on purpose or it may simply fail. Our service management systems detects failures or failing equipment and generates tickets in our service management system. This alerts our front line engineering team that there is a failure or pending failure and they can take action. Quite often the only action required is a simple reset of the equipment and it comes back on line without the necessity of anyone going on site.
